These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application "FlashNotion" ("the Service") provided by makasete inc. ("we", "us", or "the Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
We may modify these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the Service or our website.
(1) "User" means any person who uses the Service.
(2) "Registered User" means a person who connects a Notion workspace via OAuth to use the Service.
(3) "Workspace Connection" means the process by which we obtain access to a Notion workspace through Notion OAuth.
To use the Service, you must agree to these Terms and connect your Notion workspace via OAuth.
We may decline a workspace connection in the following cases:
(1) The applicant has previously been suspended for violating these Terms
(2) We otherwise deem the connection inappropriate
Premium features are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly handle payment information.
To cancel a paid subscription, use the settings in the respective app store. No refunds will be issued for payments already made, except as permitted by the applicable store's refund policy.
Registered Users are responsible for managing the Notion accounts used for workspace connections.
Registered Users may disconnect their workspaces at any time from the app's settings screen. Upon disconnection, any access tokens held by us are revoked.
We handle personal information in accordance with our separately defined Privacy Policy.
Users must not engage in the following activities:
(1) Infringing on our or any third party's intellectual property rights
(2) Violating others' privacy or portrait rights
(3) Transmitting harmful programs
(4) Placing excessive load on servers or interfering with the operation of the Service
(5) Copying, reverse-engineering, or decompiling any functionality of the Service
(6) Violating any laws, regulations, or these Terms
We may suspend all or part of the Service in the following cases:
(1) System maintenance
(2) Force majeure events such as fire, power outage, or natural disaster
(3) Other operational or technical necessity
We may modify or discontinue the Service with prior notice. In cases of emergency, this may be done without prior notice.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, excluding content submitted by Users, belong to us.
We exercise reasonable care in providing the Service but do not guarantee that:
(1) The Service will be available without interruption
(2) The Service will be free of errors or defects
(3) Changes to the Notion API will not affect functionality
We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Users are responsible for resolving any damages they cause to third parties.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
